Signage & Distancing
We have implemented physical distancing floor decals, workspace distancing practices in-store, and plexiglass customer service dividers to allow for safe interactions between staff and customers. We have also added various signage throughout our stores to inform staff and customers of our adjusted policies.
Cleaning Procedure
We require physical distancing in all our locations and adhere to provincial regulations by reducing store capacity. Every employee is given a health screening and temperature check before their shift. Updated maximum capacities can be found on signs on the entrances to our stores.
Capacity & Screening
Sanitizing stations can be found throughout our stores to ensure all staff and customers are safe before interacting with product. These stations include sanitizer as well as sanitizing wipes. Daily checklists have been placed throughout the store to ensure each area is being properly cleaned and sanitized.
Delivery Protocol
Our stores are conducting pre-screening calls and asking customers not to be in the same room during deliveries. Additionally, we have equipped our delivery and service teams with hand sanitizer and wipes. Our trucks receive a daily interior wipe-down and wearing a mask is required for all home deliveries.

Plan Your Trip
Try to plan your trip out ahead of time if possible. We suggest that if you need to do any in-store gift shopping, consider doing it as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the earlier you go, the less likely you are to be met with large crowds.

They will happily supply suggestions and guidance from a safe distance, which will limit your time spent in the store, and help you pick ideal gifts. Book an appointment online first!
