Repair: : Subscription Repair services are operated by Trans Global Service (TGS). If the product fails to perform as per the manufacturers' guidelines during the coverage Period TGS will repair functional defects including part(s), and labour.
Coverage: Coverage under the Subscription starts after the first payment is received and you have been enrolled for a minimum of 30 days. We will send an email confirmation with your Subscription details. Coverage for your Major Appliances as listed: clothes washer, clothes dryer, range, wall oven, refrigerator, freezer, over-the-range microwave, wall oven, and dishwasher. We trust that they are running as expected upon enrolling with us. You may receive an allowance for your appliance in the event we cannot fix it!
Service:You may reach our dedicated customer service team at 1-866-331-0433 to initiate a service request from Mon through Sat 7 am to 5 pm MST. A $50 trade service fee may apply within the first 30 days and are required for non-commitment subscribers. There is a fee of $50 for missed appointments that have been confirmed and not cancelled within a reasonable time frame.
