Heavy duty cast iron cooking grids deliver excellent heat retention and exceptional searing power to lock in juices and flavour. Features two sides: one side is pointed for those perfect steakhouse sear marks while the other side has grooves for continuous basting. The stainless steel side shelves fold down quickly and easily for convenient storage. When putting the shelves up, a new shelf-locking mechanism with safety-lock tabs secure them in place. Made from die-cast aluminum, Therma-Cast™ cookbox provides excellent heat retention and long lasting durability. The cookbox is designed to ensure even heat and heat retention for precise control.
