Current Contests at the Brick

This Contest shall be conducted by The Brick Warehouse LP ("The Brick"). A participant shall be referred to as “You” or “Your”. You may enter the Contest from any computer with an internet connection, including computers at all Brick store locations across Canada.

1. HOW TO ENTER:

To be eligible to Win Your Purchase, You must firstly make a purchase at any Brick store across Canada during the Contest Dates and secondly, you must leave a product review on thebrick.com about Your recent Brick purchase. (“Product Review”).

The Contest will run from 12:00 AM (EST) on January 1, 2026 until 11:59:59 PM (EST) on December 31, 2026 (“Contest Dates”).

Subject to compliance with the other Rules and conditions of the Contest, You will only be eligible to Win Your Purchase during the month you submitted Your review.

No Purchase Necessary Method (“NPM”):

You can leave a Product Review about Your recent experience in any Brick location.

NOTE: The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the Contest will result in You being disqualified.

Each draw shall be conducted on the date posted within the Contest Schedule (“Draw Date”) at 11:00 AM (MST) to obtain a winner from the prior month’s Product Reviews.

CONTEST SCHEDULE

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of Product Reviews submitted during that month. Odds decrease as the amount of Product Reviews increase.

2. WHO CAN ENTER:

The Contest is open to all residents of Canada, including Quebec, who have reached the age of majority on or before the Draw Date except employees of The Brick and their immediate family members living in the same household.

You agree to abide by the Contest Rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes The Brick to announce and publish his/her name, address and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

3. MONTHLY PRIZE:

There will be one (1) winner for each draw date of the Win Your Purchase Contest.

Each Win Your Purchase Winner will have the full price of their purchase, including GST, HST and QST, as applicable, refunded to their original method of payment to a maximum of $1,000.00. Note: The Brick will NOT refund any warranties, administration fees for deferring payment on Brick Card, or delivery fees. A NPM participant will receive a $250 Brick card.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable

Total maximum value of all Prizes over the course of the Contest is $12,000.00.

4. DRAW PROCEDURES:

On each Draw Date, a representative from The Brick’s Corporate office in Edmonton, Alberta, will use a program to extract the email addresses of all Brick Product Reviews that have been submitted during the prior month, then draw and record two (2) Entry Forms to obtain one (1) winner (“Eligible Winner”). The additional entry drawn is a back-up entry in the event that the initial Eligible Winner is non-responsive after contact, fails to comply with the Contest Rules, or is unable to complete the skill-testing question (“Alternate Winner”).

The Brick representative will use his/her reasonable efforts to contact the Eligible Winner via comment on the Winner’s Product Review after the Draw Date. If an Eligible Winner cannot be reached by this contact method or has not contacted The Brick within three (3) days of The Brick leaving messages to do so (“Contact Date”), then that person will be disqualified, and The Brick shall proceed to contact the Alternate Winner.

5. DECLARING WINNERS:

Each monthly Eligible Winner whose name has been selected on the Draw Date must:

1. Within three (3) business days following the Contact Date, correctly answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at a pre-arranged time and place;
2. Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the Prize; and
3. Should any Eligible Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly or is unable to attend at the time and place designated by The Brick for the administration of same, that person will be disqualified and The Brick shall proceed to contact the next Alternate Winner, and so on until one person has been contacted and deemed eligible according to the Contest Rules.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS:

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

The Brick assumes no responsibility or liability for any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur (including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of a Google Review). If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Brick which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, The Brick reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.

This Contest shall be conducted online by all The Brick Warehouse LP (“The Brick”) stores in Ontario (“Ontario Store(s)”) for customers to enter. A customer is referred to as “You and “Your”.

The Contest will run from Ontario Store Opening at 10:00 AM ET on March 31, 2026, until Store Closing at 9:00 PM ET on July 8, 2026.

Requirement to Enter Contest:

You must pay residential rent to an “arm's length landlord” or mortgage in Ontario (subject to the verification procedure outlined in Section 6 below).

How to Enter:

You must attend any Ontario Store location to scan the exclusive Contest QR code. A sales associate will direct You to a QR code that will take You to the online entry ballot. You must verify at the time of entry whether or not You pay residential mortgage or rent in Ontario by checking off the appropriate confirmation box on the Entry; the appropriate box must be checked to be considered a valid Entry. You must complete and submit the online entry (“Entry/Entries”).

Limit of one (1) entry per family, per day. For this purpose, “family” means all persons, whether related or not, living in the same household. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the Contest will result in You being disqualified.

“Draw Date” will be Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET.

2. GRAND PRIZE

There is one (1) Prize to be won.

ONE YEAR OF FREE RENT OR MORTGAGE (*to a maximum of $2,083.33 per month), maximum value of $25,000, paid to the Ontario winner in full by cheque after verification of monthly residential rent or mortgage confirmed.

For further clarity, if You pay $1,200 per month in rent or mortgage payments, You will be compensated $1,200 per month ($14,400 total).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all residents of Ontario, who have reached the age of majority in the Province in which they reside, on or before the Draw Date except employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of The Brick and Leon's Furniture Ltd, and all people employed as contractors or sub-contractors of The Brick, and their immediate family members living in the same household.

6. DECLARING THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER / VERIFICATION PROCESS

An Eligible Winner whose name has been selected on the Draw Date must:

If renting:

1. Be over the age of majority in Ontario;
2. Be able to prove they are currently renting a residence from an arm's length landlord, to be confirmed to the satisfaction of The Brick in its sole discretion;
3. Provide proof of rental agreement and rental amount;

If mortgage:

1. Be over the age of majority in Ontario;
2. Have a mortgage with a:
   1. Schedule 1 bank;
   2. CMHC Mortgage; or
   3. An arm's length mortgage under terms, rates and conditions comparable to (a) or (b) above in The Brick's sole discretion.
3. The Brick reserves the right to evaluate and quantify the mortgage based on reasonable terms and rates subject to 6(ii)(a), (b) or (c) above.

Within ten (10) business days following the Contact Date, correctly answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at a pre-arranged time and place;

Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Official Contest Rules and acceptance of the Prize; and

Should the Eligible Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly or is unable to attend at the time and place designated by The Brick for the administration of same, that Eligible Winner shall be disqualified and the skill-testing question shall be administered to the next Alternate Winner.

The Contest shall be conducted by The Brick Warehouse LP (“The Brick”) exclusively at The Brick’s Cranbrook store at 501 Slater Rd NW, Cranbrook, BC V1C 4Y5 (hereinafter referred to as “Store”). A participant shall be referred to as “You” or “Your”.

Contest Dates: Commencing Friday April 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. PT until the close of business on Wednesday April 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. PT.

No purchase is necessary in order to participate in this Contest

1. HOW TO ENTER:

If You finalize a sale of product purchased at the Store during the Contest Dates, using any payment method, You will be automatically entered in the Contest.

No purchase necessary method (“NPM”) of entry:

To enter the Contest without purchase, You must attend the Store to scan the exclusive Contest QR code. A sales associate will direct You to a QR code that will take You to the online entry ballot. You must complete and submit the online entry (“Entry/Entries”).

The Contest will run from 12:00 AM (EST) on April 7, 2026 until 11:59:59 PM (EST) on July 20, 2026 (“Contest Dates”).

1. HOW TO ENTER:

To be eligible to Win Your Purchase, You must firstly:

1. Make a purchase of any Hisense product at any Brick store across Canada during the Contest Dates;
2. Take a picture with the Hisense FIFA photo booth, or the Hisense FIFA banner, or a Hisense product on display in The Brick’s showroom; and

NOTE: Failure to post on social media does not disqualify You from the Contest.

You can scan a QR code at any Brick location for one valid entry, which would be included as an Eligible Entry for that week’s draw. Only one entry per household is allowed during the Contest Dates for a NPN method of entry.

NOTE: The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the Contest will result in You being disqualified.

Subject to compliance with the other Rules and conditions of the Contest, You will only be eligible to Win Your Purchase on the Draw Date following your purchase. Each Draw Date only includes the Eligible Entries from the prior week’s purchases or NPN entries.

Each draw shall be conducted on the date posted within the Contest Schedule (“Draw Date”) at 11:00 AM (MST) to obtain a winner from the prior week’s entrants.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of Eligible Entries submitted each week during the Contest Dates. Odds decrease as the number of Eligible Entries increase.

2. WHO CAN ENTER:

The Contest is open to all residents of Canada, including Quebec, who have reached the age of majority on or before the Draw Date except employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of The Brick and Leon's Furniture Ltd, and all people employed as contractors or sub-contractors of The Brick, and their immediate family members living in the same household.

You agree to abide by the Contest Rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes The Brick to announce and publish his/her name, address and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

3. WEEKLY PRIZE:

There will be one (1) winner for each Draw Date of the Contest.

Each Win Your Purchase Winner will have the full price of their purchase, including GST, HST and QST, as applicable, refunded to their original method of payment to a maximum of $10,000.00. Note: The Brick will NOT refund any warranties, administration fees for deferring payment on Brick Card, or delivery fees. . Any Winner who paid by cash will receive a cheque which will be issued from The Brick’s Head Office in Edmonton, Alberta. If a Winner who paid by Brick card has already paid their balance on their Brick card by the Draw Date, they will be refunded their purchase price (to a maximum of $10,000) by cheque. A NPN participant will receive a $250 Brick giftcard.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Total maximum value of all Prizes over the course of the Contest is $150,000.00.

4. DRAW PROCEDURES:

On each Draw Date, a representative from The Brick’s Corporate office in Edmonton, Alberta, will use a program to extract the Eligible Entries that have been submitted during the prior week, then draw and record two (2) Entry Forms to obtain one (1) winner (“Eligible Winner”). The additional entry drawn is a back-up entry in the event that the initial Eligible Winner is non-responsive after contact, fails to comply with the Contest Rules, or is unable to complete the skill-testing question (“Alternate Winner”).

The Brick representative will use his/her reasonable efforts to contact the Eligible Winner using the contact information on their Eligible Entry. If an Eligible Winner cannot be reached by this contact method or has not contacted The Brick within three (3) days of The Brick leaving messages to do so (“Contact Date”), then that person will be disqualified, and The Brick shall proceed to contact the Alternate Winner.

5. DECLARING WINNERS:

Each Eligible Winner whose name has been selected on the Draw Date must:

1. Within three (3) business days following the Contact Date, correctly answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at a pre-arranged time and place;
2. Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the Prize; and
3. Should any Eligible Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly or is unable to attend at the time and place designated by The Brick for the administration of same, that person will be disqualified and The Brick shall proceed to contact the next Alternate Winner, and so on until one person has been contacted and deemed eligible according to the Contest Rules.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS:

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Brick assumes no responsibility or liability for any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Brick which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, The Brick reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

The Brick will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this Contest and/or to ascertain Your needs and market to You. We may communicate with You for any of these purposes by telephone, fax, text messaging, or other electronic means, and automatic dialing-announcing device, at the numbers You have provided us, or by internet, mail, email and other methods. By entering this Contest, You acknowledge and agree to give permission to The Brick to collect, use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with The Brick’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Brick is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information You have provided herein. The Brick reserves the right to amend or vary the Official Contest Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by The Brick, in its sole discretion, necessary for business efficacy.
